Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for exchange, store credit or refund within ten days upon delivery receipt, provided that it is not a customized or made to order peice.

Please notify us via email stating the reason for your return and we will be happy to assist you. The goods must be free from wear or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Your item must be packaged carefully and shipped back with tracking and full insurance as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged by the shipper. We do not offer refunds on shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once received your refund will be processed, typically within 24-48 hours. Refunds can only be issued to the credit card used for payment.
